Our Primary in Dance classes are a beautiful introduction to ballet for children aged 5–6. At this age, children are naturally curious, energetic and full of imagination, so our lessons bring together ballet, music, creativity and lots of encouragement.
Through fun and engaging exercises, children begin to discover the foundations of ballet while developing their coordination, balance, posture, musicality and body awareness. They learn basic ballet steps and positions, explore movement and music, and gradually build confidence, concentration and self-expression.
Most importantly, our classes are about creating a warm, happy and nurturing environment where every child feels comfortable to learn, try new things and be themselves. We want our little dancers to leave each class feeling proud, excited and inspired, while developing a genuine love for ballet that can grow with them.ription text goes here

At Grade 1, students begin to develop more defined ballet technique, coordination, musicality and strength. They learn a wider vocabulary of ballet movements and start to combine steps into longer sequences, developing greater control and confidence as they dance.
Lessons also encourage children to understand musical rhythm, spatial awareness, posture and presentation, while continuing to develop their ability to dance with expression and enjoyment. Students are encouraged to work independently as well as as part of a group, helping them become more confident and focused young dancers.
The RAD Grade 1 syllabus provides a wonderful balance between learning proper classical ballet technique and nurturing a child's love of dance. It gives students a strong foundation for their future ballet training while keeping lessons engaging, positive and enjoyable.

At this level students continue to build their ballet technique while developing greater confidence, strength and musicality.
At these levels, children work on a wider range of classical ballet movements and begin to put steps together into longer and more challenging combinations. They develop better coordination, posture, balance, control and spatial awareness, while becoming more confident in using their arms, legs and whole body together.
The students learn to dance with musicality, expression and artistry, rather than simply performing the steps. Classes encourage concentration, perseverance and independence, while still keeping the learning experience positive and enjoyable.
These grades provide a wonderful balance between strong technical foundations and the joy of dancing, helping children become more confident, expressive and capable young dancers as they continue their ballet journey.

Our Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) classes are designed to help young dancers develop the strength, coordination and body awareness needed to support their ballet training.
Using the PBT method, students work with a stability ball and other simple exercises to strengthen their core and improve posture, balance, alignment and muscle memory. The exercises are designed to help dancers understand how their bodies work and how to use their muscles correctly in ballet.
Classes are fun, encouraging and age-appropriate, helping students build confidence, strength and control while supporting their regular ballet classes. It is a wonderful way to help young dancers feel stronger, more secure and confident in their technique.

Our Teen Ballet classes are designed for young dancers who want to develop their technique, strength and confidence while enjoying the beauty and artistry of ballet.
Classes focus on improving posture, alignment, flexibility, strength, coordination, musicality and ballet technique, with exercises becoming more challenging as students progress. Dancers are encouraged to work at their own level, building confidence and learning to move with greater control, expression and artistry.
Whether they are continuing their ballet journey or discovering ballet for the first time, our teen students are welcomed into a positive, supportive and encouraging environment where they can challenge themselves, make friends and enjoy the many benefits of dance.
Most importantly, ballet is about more than just technique. It helps young people develop discipline, confidence, resilience and a sense of achievement, while giving them a beautiful way to express themselves through movement.
